Access VT Vehicle Orders

The Orders tab on a Vehicle displays all Orders and Fertilizer Batches the Vehicle was selected.

Use the filters at the top of the grid to customize the view and information included in the Orders grid. Specify a particular Financial Period by choosing Limit to Selected Period and a Financial Period from the Period drop down list. Search for a specific Order by entering the Order number in the Order Search field.

Use the Order # column to retrieve the order or fertilizer batch ID.

The Type column indicates OE for Order Entry or FB for Fertilizer Batch.

Customer ID displays the customer ID with the Customer Name in the next column.

The Date of the transaction appears in the Date column.

Confirmation of the Financial Period is included.

Based on the selections for the Vehicle Type, the following statistics may be retained

• Tons
• Acres
• Gallons
• Service Revenue

The Total Revenue column displays the order or batch total.

Limit the information displayed by selecting the Summary View checkbox to view

• Period
• Tons
• Acres
• Gallons
• Service Revenue
• Total Revenue.
